Anyone interested in doing another picnic this year, before the weather gets too hot?

I’m in.  I doubt my family will come.  I get lots of eye rolls when pokemon gets mentioned.

Funny Dos. If I had a nickel for every time I got the rolled eyes in my house. It’s weird that I would get less flack if I just sat in front of a tv all day. People are strange.

We must all live in the same house. Sounds like fun.

I actually lost a lot of weight, so my wife is okay with it. She wasn’t at first and was upset, but when I lost 50 pounds and it has stayed off, she became very supportive.

That’s awesome. Looks like this game has done more for you than any of us. Congratulations. And keep it up..Or down in your case.:-)

Very awesome!  I actually gained 25 pounds.  I used to jog/walk and actively try to loose weight, but then PoGo came out, and now all I do is ride my bike very slowly, stopping frequently.

Thanks guys, I mostly walk for all my pokemons, sometimes I go to Sugar Land Memorial park and ride my bike. The only time I drive is when we go on vacation, this year we are going to Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina, we’ll be hitting all the coastal areas. Question; for all of you that travel, should we jettison all our potions and revives and load up on pokeballs, since we am only interested in capturing new pokemons and I don’t know if there will be enough pokestops where we are going?

Pokemongomap.info can show you what’s available in a given area. I used it before my last two vacations as a pre-trial guidance.

Nix your bananas first. I’ve never used one. Then nix your small-effect sprays. If you needed to make room in your wallet, would you throw away 20s or 1s first? Same idea. But I would hold off on this unless you need the room for more balls.

… and then you’ll end up like me and have a ton of max potions and ultraballs that you never use.  I hate to use the big guns when a toy bow and arrow is needed.  I’m not sure what to do about that.

I would not drop all my potions as we expect you to leave some mons behind in gyms and represent Houston. What does you dex look like? How close are you to completing it? We will be in Destin in July and I definitely am going to raid and catch and raid and catch and repeat. Hopefully, there will already be a big nasty red Gyarados in my dex, but if not, I plan on catching all the fish I possibly can until a Shiny shows up. Again, the wise one, Buddha, points one down The Shining Path.

My dex doesn’t look all that good, I like fighting gyms, I have like 60 slots for pokeballs the rest is potions and revives.
