If Niantic really loved us…

… they would turn all of the Texas coastal counties into a water biome so we could catch dratini and magikarp all weekend while huddled in our homes.

As long as the water flow stayed below 10km/h. 🙂

Wish I had a gym or stop that was reachable from my house.  I have a feeling my 7-day streak is going to bite the dust next week.

I was thinking of the same thing. If they had a Lapras event for Japan after the tsunami, then surely they could do something for us after Harvey.

With our luck, it would be remoraids and goldeens.

How’s everybody doing? Our street flooded yesterday & started creeping up our driveways. The neighbors & I were getting worried. Thankfully, it stopped raining last night & the water receded. We dropped off some toiletries, clothes, & shoes at Cinco Ranch JH this morning for the emergency shelters. The draining ditch next to it was almost out of its banks! A friend of ours from Sienna Plantation had to evacuate & staying with us. The kids are fine as long as we have wifi.

We’re doing okay.  A nearby lake (old quarry with no natural drainage) overflowed and flooded our neighborhood — like you, into the driveways but not up to the houses yet.  Our water is not receeding and will not receed for weeks because the storm drains flow into that lake.  Or don’t flow, because, well, we’re part of the lake now.  Doh!  We’re trapped here, but we have power and plenty of food, and I hope we can handle the rest of the rain coming.

Hope everybody else is okay!!  Roll call.

Same, but the water has receded.

However, Barker and Addicks reservoirs are topped and the ACE have no choice but to open them even more.

Haven’t caught a single magikarp or dratini the whole time. Niantic is failing us. 🙁

We were trapped for about 3 days and even though our house was high and dry all road leading to and from our house were under water. We had enough food to last a week, sadly our milk and meat that I bought the night of the storm was spoiled, just bad luck I would think. We had power and water, internet service the entire time of the storm. My daughter and I have been helping out at our church and gave item to the kids at GRB.

I hope everyone here was safe and made it thru all the madness. Prayers to all. I’m on north side and work on sw side. Still can’t make it back that way to work…maybe Tuesday.
