I woke up to a very nice surprise, my local farm Mark McGrath Park is spawning Machops.

Minimum of 6, two spots are spawning every 20 minutes, the other areas come in and out, I seen as many as 4 on the nearby.

Nob Hill (near Gessner and Hammerly) is also a machop nest, but maybe not as lucrative as McGrath. 2-5 at any given time.

Good for you Zed! Nice to see that there is something spawning people need. Too far for me to get to.

Yeah, we’re going to be farming Machops, 24/7. We are hoping for 4-6 fully powered Machamps before the two weeks are up. This will our answer to all those multipleaccount players.

There you go! Bust them up! They really need to figure a way to get the multi account spoofers out of the game.

I just saw a botter post a screenshot of his daily gym collection — he had 1000 gyms.  How can Niantic even let that happen?  They are working hard at cutting off people who use third-party IV checkers and scanning-map bots, but it’s the gym scene that is really frustrating normal players.  They need to turn the machine-learning tools onto the gym scene. Most multi-account spoofers are not even trying to hide their behavior.

They don’t hide their behavior, because they are confident that Niantic won’t do anything or can’t do anything. Most of the spoofers don’t play the game to enjoy it as it was intended, their game and challenges are to see what Niantic does and then work at how to defeat it.

Zed, I have a question. If you don’t mind me asking. When you said your local farm park, how far are you from it? I don’t need any specific. Just whether it’s within walking distance?

I am curious have you or anyone ever live by nearby a nest where they could just walk to it? When I said I live close by a certain nest, I still have to drive about 30 minutes away. This kinda of tie in to Buddha thread below. When I have time, I would sometimes visit a lot of nests around my side of town. Some of them are in nice open parks. Some are neighborhoods  parks surrounded by many houses. The former I like. I can get out, jog, don’t feel awkward. The latter, I don’t really like. I feel awkward just parking my car in front of the park because it’s still within eye shot of someone house and they give me weird look playing. There was one neighborhood that had a sign: Neighborhood Watch: Don’t Loiter or Be Shot. Some people are fortunate to live by those parks where they could just walk the dog and catch. Outsider just have to be cautious.

Yes, I live almost right on the park. The park is an open park and welcomes everyone, since Federal money was used to build it. The city, Meadows Place, is Pokemon friendly they even set lures for people to enjoy. The park is open 24/7 and has around the clock security and police come by about every 20 minutes. If you call the police for any reason they get to your location within a few minutes, I called them several times and most times they get there in under a minute. The park also has automatic lights that come on as you walk, I have been Pokemoning at 4 AM. The park has two playgrounds, a play water fountain, a walking track three baseball fields, and an athletic field, with equipment. There are four parking lots that you can use. Several things that you must know, the bathroom close at night, can’t ride your bike on the trail, make sure to pick up you dog poop as the fines for not doing so are high, you can fish in the lake, but it’s a catch and release only. Finally, if you come to the City of Meadows Place, you will notice a lot of stop signs, make sure to stop and do not speed in the neighborhood.

That sounds like a very nice deal there. Good for you and Meadows Place, Zed!

No more Machops 🙁 it’s now a Jynx nest, I was able to get at least one Machamp out of it though…and for some lucky reason 4 out of the last 5 2km have given me machops (nothing higher than 84IV but I’ll take the candy). There are Pikachus at Eldridge now though

I hate Jynx, boohoo. The area was a Jynx farm 4 weeks ago for two solid weeks, I wasn’t happy to see that again
